Armando continues to improve and doing very well for the physical therapists who has had him standing, taking little steps, holding his head up much better and have had him sitting in a chair for short periods of time.
Lower back has been bothering him a lot, very possibly from what he was dealing with his pinched nerve and disc issues before the stroke plus having to be in bed so long. He does continue to struggle a little bit with digestive issues but it’s much better than before. Potassium continues to trend too low, WBC too high.
The biggest challenge at hand is trying to get Medicaid in place to cover the medical bills and then finding a GOOD rehab facility which he will definitely need. So, praying for the Lord’s guidance and wisdom for this and that everything just moves in the right direction. 🙏

Armando sigue mejorando y lo está haciendo muy bien para los fisioterapeutas que lo han tenido de pie, dando pequeños pasos, manteniendo la cabeza en alto mucho mejor y lo han tenido sentado en una silla durante cortos períodos de tiempo.
La espalda baja le ha estado molestando mucho, muy posiblemente por lo que estaba lidiando con su nervio pellizcado y problemas de disco antes del derrame cerebral, además de tener que estar en la cama tanto tiempo. Sigue luchando un poco con problemas digestivos, pero está mucho mejor que antes. El potasio sigue teniendo una tendencia demasiado baja, el WBC demasiado alto.
El mayor desafío en cuestión es tratar de conseguir Medicaid para cubrir las facturas médicas y luego encontrar un BUEN centro de rehabilitación que definitivamente necesitará. Así que, orando por la guía y sabiduría del Señor para esto y para que todo se mueva en la dirección correcta. 🙏
